Be Happy


Laughing is good. It has both, short-term and long-term benefits on our physical, mental and emotional health. It increases productivity and helps in managing stress in a better way. It also enhances good sleep with the feeling of well-being.
Laughter eliminates negative stress and induces a feeling of peace and health. It lowers our blood pressure and boosts the immune system. It can also elevate our mood. Even smiling artificially or manipulating facial expression by pushing eye-brows and lips to create a smile leads to release of positive energy.

Always remember:
* Laugh at least 15 times a day.
* Laugh without a reason if you have a fear what other will think may be laugh when you are alone. It will also give you a feeling of as if you are with somebody who is making you laugh.
* Do not laugh at others, laugh at yourself. May be make yourself the butt of joke.
* In your misery also try finding things which if not make you laugh, makes you smile and you will find it will turn into big broad smile. It wouldn't be long before grin turns in to a laugh.
* Do not laugh at people, laugh with them.
* Those who laugh are healthier,happier and in mental peace.
* Be radiant,ever smiling and ever loving.
* Be happy and make others happy.
* Wake up with a smile in the morning.
* When sleeping,think about good things and be cheerful.
* Make sure your face always wears a smile.

Laughter is the best medicine. This is not just a saying but true.
People generally believe if we are healthy, we will be happy. The truth is if we are happy, we will be healthy.
